Malaga City Centre Declared Historical Complex.

The Junta de Andalucia has declared Malaga City Centre a Historical Complex.

The area between the Gibralfaro Mountain and the Guadalmedina River, some 163 hectares, contains some 3,000 years of historical remains.

These include the Roman Theatre, Arab Fortress, Cathedral, old Customs Building and the Jewish quarters, amongst other monuments.
