Personal Relocation Packages and Consultation Options

At Move to Malaga, we understand that everybody needs differing levels of service and for this reason we can offer you a relocation package specifically tailored to your requirements, at a price which is right for you.






For a smooth and successful Move to Malaga or the Costa del Sol, select our Personal Relocation Package.

Step 1

Upon receipt of your contact email (Click Here to send your request), we will send you an Initial Relocation Questionnaire that we ask you to sit down and take time to consider the answers. Your answers allow us to evaluate your own personal requirements.

Step 2

Once we have reviewed your answers we will confirm, via email, if we are able to assist you and also the relocation package price options, based on your needs.

Step 3

Upon receipt of payment, together we will put together The Plan of Action to ensure your smooth relocation to Spain.

*Personal Relocation Packages start from *€695 (per couple) and *€950 (per family) for the standard package.

VIP packages are *€995 (per couple) and *€1500 (per family).

NOTE: VIP Packages are recommended for couples and families who are not able to visit on several occasions. Our video service is the best way to securing an ideal rental property as soon as it becomes available. Good rental properties rent out quickly!

We recommend visiting properties as soon as you are ready to start a rental contract and are able to commit to a start date. Good rental properties do not stay around for long. Our estate agent contacts advise us of properties before they are advertised so we can secure them for you.

VIP packages include our fees for visiting 2 or 3 properties on your behalf, taking honest photos and videos and basically being your eyes and ears here in the Malaga and Costa del Sol region.

The Plan of Action:

Based on your requirements we will start by helping you to select the best area / town / village to live. There are several factors we will need to discuss directly with you to make this decision. These will include factors such as: education requirements; specific property needs; transportation; budget and more …

Once we have shortlisted suitable areas, we can arrange visits for you, if time permits. Ideally, you will be contacting us at least 6 to 12 months before you plan to relocate. In this case, we would suggest at least one, preferably two, visits to the areas. Obviously, the further in advance we start the process, the better.

  • When the area has been decided, we will then focus on both educational and property options.
  • We will help organise appointments and visits to local schools, this includes Spanish state, private and International schools.
  • We will work with recommended local estate agents to shortlist suitable properties for you to visit. If you are unable to visit the properties, we can offer out *VIP video service (please note this will incur an extra charge).
  • If necessary, we can assist with finding temporary accommodation until you secure a long term rental or purchase a property.
  • If you are renting a property, we will liaise and negotiate with agents to ensure that your contract is to your needs and that the rental price you are paying is within budget.
  • If you are purchasing a property we will ensure you have a reputable, independent, bilingual lawyer to advise you.

NOTE: If we assist you with the property purchase, we will refund part of our initial relocation package fees (conditions apply).

In addition to the above relocation process, we are able to assist you with:

  • town hall registration / Padron certificate
  • insurance quotes
  • utility companies, phone and internet providers

We understand that every relocation has its own specific requirements. It is for this reason we tailor our options to your needs.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that we are not able to assist everyone. In order to maintain our excellent reputation and high level of service, we have only a couple of vacancies each month.

It has been more than a year since we first came to Spain from the UK and 6 months since we moved up to the Costa Blanca from the Malaga area.  Still, as we meet new friends here and listen to their tales of woe regarding Spanish bureaucracy, we realise how lucky we were to have Lisa helping us through every step of our first few months here.  Where to start?

  • While we were still in the UK, Lisa helped us find a rental property in Alhaurin el Grande, about 30 mins outside of Malaga, sending us video tapes of available properties and liaising with the agent representing our final choice, so that we could meet the owner and ensure a smooth move-in
  • Lisa took me to meet her recommended solicitors who speedily obtained a NIE for me.  They handled all the paperwork and visits to the appropriate authorities.  All I did was sign and pick up the document a few days later.  Could not have been easier
  • Once we had moved in, Lisa put me in touch with the local mechanic who helped me find and purchase a used car within two weeks of our arrival – Percy the car is a dream and still going strong!
  • I shall always be grateful for her referral to a phenomenal insurance broker.  He facilitated my choice of companies and insurance plans for the car, house and health and met me locally when he needed a signature to finalise paperwork.  If I ever need to make a claim for any reason, I contact him directly rather than going through the insurance companies
  • Lisa’s recommended solicitors also gave advice on house purchase and, 6 months later when we were ready to buy, they were extremely helpful in supporting me through the purchase negotiations and regulations. Their network of offices nationwide meant that I could use the same firm, even though we had chosen to move from the Costa del Sol
  • Most importantly, Lisa actually drove us twice to the government offices in Malaga in order to obtain a Residency card for both of us.  My Spanish is passable but, without Lisa’s fluency, I doubt I could have overcome the obstacles so quickly and easily

Louise’s support was absolutely invaluable when my husband and I recently relocated to Spain.
